| Nassarius sp. Late Pliocene. Tamiami Fm., Pinecrest Sand, Sarasota County, FL. These are by far the most common microgastropod in the washings from the site where they were collected. Scale is in millimeters; on average specimens are approx. 6-8mm in length. |
